Production
Every piece is made to order. Allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping
Tracked shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch; international delivery varies by destination and customs.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email from Shopify at checkout, followed by tracking as soon as your order leaves the building.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Because each item is made to order, sizing exchanges are handled case by case — email us first and we'll sort it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives wrong or damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
